Options to Pay from an Account at Another Financial Institution
Web-Based Payment
We offer two convenient web-based payment options for making loan payments of up to $2,000 from accounts at other financial institutions: ACH (Bank Draft) and Debit Card.
ACH Payments made through our website are subject to a $2 convenience fee and are available for all loans except Credit Cards, Lines of Credit, and Mortgage Loans serviced by CUMA.
Debit Card Payments made through our website are subject to a $10 fee and are available for all loans except Mortgage Loans serviced by CUMA.
Both options are ideal for one-time use. However, we encourage you to set up recurring automatic payments or explore another payment option with no fee. Click one of the buttons below to make a web-based payment.
Debit Card Payment by Phone
You can make debit card payments of up to $2,000 by phone without staff assistance. This service is designed for one-time use and has a $10 convenience fee. However, to avoid fees, we encourage you to set up recurring automatic payments or explore another payment option with no fee.
To make a payment:
Call 910-864-2232 or 866-793-5328.
Select Option 2 and follow the prompts.
When prompted for your 4-digit loan ID, include the leading zero (e.g., if your loan number is 150, enter 0150).
You will need:
